Peter Lawrence Stallworthy was founded in 1950 by Peter Lawrence and Geoffrey Stallworthy as a Quantity Surveying practice, serving primarily Local Authority clients. In January 2010, the practice merged with Grove and Lawrence, a Project Management and Development Consultancy, founded by Malcolm Lawrence, in 1975.
Over it’s 65 year history, the practice has evolved into a dynamic construction consultancy, offering a pro-active approach to the problems and requirements facing Clients in today’s complex development and construction environment.
Now managed by Malcolm Lawrence, son of the founder, and Nick Mayger, a Director since 2004, the two principals offer over 60 years’ experience of solving difficult development and construction problems, and relish the challenge of assisting Clients to achieve their specific objectives.
The practice lists a range of prestigious Clients who appreciate the high level of personal service and attention to detail which the consultancy offers and delivers.
Using our established in-house expertise, supported where necessary through our contacts with other construction professionals, we offer a comprehensive service to Clients involved in all forms of property construction and development.
